Zig began his tattooing journey in 2021, quickly discovering a passion for fine line black and grey work. He particularly enjoys creating micro pet portraits and is now expanding his focus to include larger-scale projects. Being an artist for a living is a dream come true for him, and he finds great joy in the unique experience of 'giving away' his art. "Once a tattoo is inked, it becomes yours, transforming into a visual exchange of energy on a living, breathing canvas," says Matt.

Before joining the talented team at Elysium, he honed his skills in his private studio in Champaign, Illinois, where he developed as a self-taught tattoo artist. Zig states, "This journey has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I am excited to bring my passion and expertise to Elysium, creating meaningful and lasting art for my clients."
